I don't have the ability to invite people to the discord but you could ask Syrsa on one of his streams. I do need to look into getting them to let me add people though
Admin of both the official and alternate server is having me direct you to the community server first, and from there you can get to the official server
There's an old command console mod that might still work if you wanna spawn vehicles, but in general you don't "spawn" them per se, you either scan them and summon a transport to deliver them elsewhere or you store them in the zerzek or cruiser to carry them with you
