    The rules should not be at the very bottom of the page in small print where no one can see it. Instead how about on the home page so that new members can find and locate it easily.

    You have to tick the accept terms & conditions box when u register, which contain the rules.
    If people wanted to know the rules, they should've clicked on it imo.

    why not make a button then that leads to a popup window or seperate section, no need for a lot of extra text that way, just a small button saying "rules" or something fitting.
