Hello, you click on your picture, a box will popup, press ur picture inside that box and it shouls let u browse for an avatar.
Hm. When I click my avatar on my profile page, I get a message saying: The following error occurred: You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action Do you think this is related?
Hello hi, Not sure if related but I noticed I got the error too when trying to edit posts on certain threads. Unsure what's up with that. Oh and yeah I also get that error.
I fixed it for him. The problem was that the max avatar size was set to 0 bytes. I wasn't expecting that to be the sole reason for the problem as you'd expect it to still show the dialog box, and display the max size as 0 so that the problem can be analyzed more easily, but I guess during the development of XenForo they decided that since setting the max size to 0 has the same limitation on the user, they should display the same as well.
Ah I see, generally even used to setting values to 0 bytes would mean unlimited. But good that something like that was the problem and not spoopy unexplainable things with permissions or ▲
