    I don't know if anyone has found this yet, but i discovered a creature (i think) in Dark Keigan i hadn't seen before
    i couldn't see it very well, but it was fast, and loud. It was making this awful screeching noise and was racing along the terrain.
    I found it near the other village, following the path. It flew out of the big sand basin that surrounds the rock outcropping everything's on.

    yea they're fairly harmless really. they can provide quite the scare in certain situations and they can knock you around a bit but as long as you stay away from the bigger ones you should be good
    careful around the larger ones tho. if memory serves they've wrecked a truck i was driving a while back

    ootkins don't screech, and theres a whole herd of the molar things in the sand basin by the village, so i doubt it

    judging by his description of "racing across the terrain" i actually think he might be talking about a peuknyth. it expels gas from holes in the bottom and hovers harmlessly across dark keigan.

    I had one of those things fuck up my ceptopod once, it was gassed with svibra and I couldn't escape.
