Look for a hatch in the desert guarded by two abberoids. With luck and perserverance that'll lead you to a whole new underground level.
Spoiler: Way I find it is You get a flying vehicle, fly towards the monolithic rock thing, then head to the left. Somewhere youll se a mall rock formation. land near it but mind the two shocky triangles of death. there should be a sort of submarine-stylish hatch thing. go in there and hop on the motus within. with some luck and skill youll reach the bottom where you will be able to find the giant cave the picture was taken in
