    Yes. I blasted an Enforcer in Jaeden and was confused as to why no Executors showed up, but then when i flew over to Athnias i found a nasty surprise. I then went to Dark Keigan thinking "The Agrians couldn't possibly follow me here!" but they still showed up. They might have forgotten I'm a fugitive on the run, though, considering that this one i found in Acrityrda didn't shoot me on sight.
