The Help (?) Page is getting corrupted

I just got the 28 (2) version this evening, and there's a bug in the ? page. After getting in and out of a vehicle, it doesn't clear the change to the ? screen. Instead, it overlays the one from the vehicle over the dismounted ? page, rendering it almost unreadable.

As I'm still figuring out how to do stuff, this is a bit of a problem.

Is there a way to save the game state, or do I have to start over every time I play? I couldn't find that anywhere.

 

I think you just have to reset the game....

Travelling to somewhere else made the ? menu reset.
