Game Suggestion Basic pause screen and options?

    Make a sort of pause screen with a "quit" option and some basic settings? Like sound settings and maybe some minor control settings like flipping the y-axis? (That's been a major problem for me, the normal y-axis.) Or maybe at least let us change that stuff at the game's boot menu.

    Yes! Some sort of pause menu would definitely be nice... Even if it doesn't actually pause the game if that's an issue with realism, it would be nice to be able to do some basic things... at least quit if nothing else.

    The game certainly does pause anyway. A way to quit the game without having to break out the alt-f4 hatchet would be good.
