The weapon that is located at the spawn of Madrecan desert, I cant remember the name at the moment, is very dangerous to shoot, as moving while shooting it can lead to death from yourself.
I took it, and fired around like a maniac while moving, didn't kill myself. Either your computer is so shit that it cannot do physics properly. Or you have an old version of Zerahypt where if you jump and then go into first person while in mid air, pirizuka goes back into normal stance when she lands where she aims the gun down. And when you fire, you shoot yourself in the foot.
OR it wasn't the rifle in the first place. There is a bunch of killer robots flying around in the desert, so it is possible that one just sneaked up behind you.
