Game Suggestion Character Availability

It would be interesting to have the ability to choose a certain character to play as, with seperate features and different rights, with maybe certain activities to do with the specific characters (Like career, etc, maybe a currency system?), characters being such like specific major characters from the lore, somethin like that, maybe a law system that affects different characters in different ways

 

Also had an idea like making your own character, and building up your own rights and such, like becoming a well known criminal, or a well known hero, or just an average working joe, or anything else, kind of like a "Write your own story" thing, but not too sure if SYRSA would agree on this since it probably would interfere with the game trying to match the lore and all that
