Flight programming computer is GONE

I just downloaded the latest version of the game via link, and there is no computer on spawn, and... I don `t know, it just empty, only a few vessels and all

Enter this thing and hold the right mouse button, then push your mouse up a bit and wait.

After you arrive in the menu, how to you go to another location?

 

You have to read the writeup on a place. The button appears in that menu now.
