Not the Executor. The Executor has the same look as always. I saw this too when I spawned. Can't scan it because it's too fast. Besides, it's present when you spawn. The Executor isn't. The Executor is also bigger.
already took one down with a chaustol cruiser. it has a weakspot directly on it's eye that allow you to kill it in one shot if you hit it right in the eye with a good size shell (such as bv8 and chaustol cruiser 140mm rounds) while it is travelling toward you at a high speed. you gotta have good aim if you wanna do it, though.
