[UI][Vehicle] No message is displayed to call an ambulance when a player falls to his death in a car

    [Description]
    If the player gets in a car and drive off a cliff, you get stuck in the vehicle and a message is displayed saying your navigation skill is too low. Player is unable to get out of the vehicle, or access the menu.

    [Actual result]
    Player is stuck in the vehicle and no message is displayed to help him out of this situation.

    [Expected result]
    A message should be displayed telling the player to call an ambulance.

    [Steps to reproduce]
    1. Boot a new game.
    2. Make your way to Cyecos.
    3. Get in the car.
    4. drive off a cliff.
    5. attempt to exit the car or access the menu.
    6. Notice no message is displayed and the player might be stuck, not knowing what to do.

    Though maybe not the ideal fix or solution,
    You are able to press shift+0 for the ambulance and get returned to the start.
    This may or may not be fixed in the near future but as far as I know it's definitely on hold/less important as far as Syrsa is concerned.
