First off, where do I find the Hitcher LD? Second off, how do I get vehicles from NPCs? I've been itching to get my hands on a MevNav vehicle.
For MevNav, scan them(RMB+Q), for the other one, just look around, and scan objects that look like parts of a vehicle or something along those lines.
