If you call the Ambulance while viewing the map in the TCF, the camera will become unmovable. You are still able to control Piri, but the camera zooms in onto a wall once you respawn and remains there. Switching to first-person makes the view switch to Piri's position, but the orientation remains stuck, and after you let go of right-click the camera returns to the same position as before. Calling the ambulance again does not fix it, you need to restart the game completely. I suspect this bug has the same or similar cause as Frozen Piri. How to replicate: Enter the Taxi Control Feed by walking up to it and pressing E. Press shift+0 to call the Ambulance. Press E to start. (optionally) Hold right-click to see the effect.
The real question is why the hell would you need an ambulance while viewing a map?!?! Nevertheless, pretty cool, I recreated it and it certainly is a somewhat... malicious bug that interferes with gameplay to a large degree.
